Express Employment Professionals Community Relations and Advocacy Manager in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Located in Albuquerque, NM

Salary: $52k - $58k DOE

Seeking experiencedCommunity Relations and Advocacy Managerfor a local Non Profit Co.

Job Duties:

  • Building community relationships
  • Networking and community outreach
  • Supporting special projects and serve as key point of contact with community partners
  • Other Tasks as Assigned

Education/Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree required (preferably in Communications, Political Science, Journalism, Public Relations, or related areas)
  • Three years of provable achievements working in a community relations, external communications, broadcasting, outbound sales, advocacy or lobbying efforts, or marketing specific jobs
  • Proof of proficiency in job supporting software programs- Microsoft Suites including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.
  • The desired candidate must be a strong presenter, with excellent written and oral communications, and strong one-on-one and group interactive skills
  • Must have valid New Mexico driver's license and auto insurance along with a dependable motor vehicle due to the amount of networking and driving
