Exempt. $71,903 - 94,343 annual salary range.  Benefits include: 12 paid holidays per year, paid annual and sick leave accrual, WA PERS pension plan, medical plan including vision, dental plan, EAP counseling, life and AD&D insurance.  The Case Management Supervisor acts in a supervisory, information resource, and training role for assigned case management and direct support service staff in Gray's Harbor County. Ensures services are provided within O3A and funding source requirements. Provides quality assurance oversight for in-home case management services, monitoring, and reviewing case files for program compliance, accuracy, and completeness. Responds to state, payment system, and all Fair Hearings requirements to ensure all state standards are met. Master's degree in behavioral or health sciences with 2 yrs. direct case management and 1 yr. paid social service experience; OR BA in behavioral or health science with 2 yrs. direct case management and 2 yrs. paid social service experience. Well-developed human relations and management skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.
