Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of project performance (technical, contractual, administrative, financial, etc.), including supervision of contract personnel in all aspects of project activity.

  • Conduct and monitor staff planning (staffing, training, assignments, etc.)

  • Exercise oversight of all facets of the contract to include interfacing with the CO, COR, and key members of the COR's staff.

  • Work closely with the Federal customer in a collaborative environment, providing process improvement suggestions and recommendations.

  • Ensure that case processing timelines are met in accordance with customer requirements.

  • Responsible for oversight and evaluation of performance of the contractor personnel.

  • Responsible for driving metrics, reviewing contractor output and providing weekly reports to the customer.

  • Responsible for hiring contract staff, to include screening, selection, and place of contractor personnel on the contract.

  • Interface effectively with customers and deliver quality products and program/project conclusions on time and within budget.

  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and administer work assignments set forth in delivery orders, and ensure that all reports are prepared and submitted as required.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Arts / Science degree or 5+ years of Personnel Security Supervisory/Management experience

  • Shall demonstrate a proficiency in various types of information technology applications, such as Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Written and oral communications skills commensurate with position.
