¿Qué esperamos de ti?

·Contar con mínimo 2 años de experiencia en entornos de networking.

·Nivel alto de Inglés.

·Conocimientos de arquitectura y diseño de redes TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, multifabricante.

·Experiencia con balanceadores de carga, F5.

·Certificaciones valorables: CCNA.

·Conocimientos de gestión de servicios online / ISP.

Las principales funciones que tendrá son:

·Se encargará de dar respuesta a peticiones diversas, sobre equipos de red, colaborar con otros niveles del equipo y trabajará mano a mano con el área de seguridad.

·Colaborará en el servicio de Redes y Seguridad, ofreciendo así una atención completa al cliente.

·Dará atención y soporte de Nivel 2 a usuario final así como trabajar en colaboración con Nivel 3 del cliente en tareas de proyecto de nuevas plataformas, mejora de las existentes o modificaciones de configuración.
