Position Summary:

The Senior Lead will provide daily leadership and oversight to ensure that both the company and customers expectations are met. Responsible to be where the work is being completed to ensure all safety, policy, and procedural requirements are followed by all employees directly under his/her area of responsibility.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Comply with all industry, customer and company safety regulations and operating procedures

  • Identifying and correcting unsafe work conditions/practices - Senior Leads have a responsibility of preventing accidents and injuries

  • Be an effective trainer by ensuring all employees are properly trained and understand the work instructions appropriately for their job

  • Conduct various company and customer audits at the Manager's discretion

  • Perform Pre-Shift Briefings and assign daily work for the shift based on man power needs

  • Monitoring and motivating employees to ensure they work safely, follow proper work procedures and work together efficiently to achieve required production goals

    What's Required:

  • High School Diploma/GED or Ability

  • Safety first mentality

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment

  • Able to meet attendance requirements

  • Teamwork can do attitude and willing to learn

  • Valid state driver's license
