Martin Marietta is looking to hire a Journeyman Electrician to maintain, calibrate, perform trouble analysis, consult, research, and develop process control instrumentation for the purpose of obtaining optimum production efficiency. The individual hired for this role will support multiple locations throughout the Ohio area. Great employee benefits start on day 1 of employment! Responsibilities * Support corporate safety culture and perform duties in compliance with all safety rules and regulations and encourage others to participate in Guardian Angel activities. * Coordinate all in-house electrical repairs and upgrades, including those related to plant controls for mining operations. * Actively research potential upgrades in automation and fine-tune existing plant to improve safety, efficiencies, plant capacities, consistency, availability and reporting. * Work closely with engineering group and outside contracted vendors to meet deadlines and complete capital improvement projects. * Lead by example on all MMM safety rules/procedures and MSHA compliance standards and ensure that all employees are following established safety policies and procedures.
