We have a great role available for a Yardi Business Analyst at CBRE Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions (work location: Warsaw).

Goal of the function:

You will be responsible for supporting the financial administration and payments team on a timely and accurate basis. The Yardi Business Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the proper balance between business needs, technology options, and user experience to maximize product value and increase efficiency.

What are going to be your main responsibilities:

· Collaboration with Payments team in Yardi related issues as SPOC

· Drives improvements to system utilization and efficiency of existing Yardi processes

· Supports onboarding process of new clients/properties impacting current processes

· Maintenance of existing and implementing of new payment matrices (Payscan)

· Works with stakeholders to evaluate suggestions for ongoing system enhancements

· Track and monitor flows and exceptions to identify possible improvements

· Documents procedures and standards

· Address vendor/client enquiries as required

Who are going to be your main contacts?

· Internal: Treasury and Payments team, Finance departments within Global Investment Administration, Internal Audit and Technology team

· External: Clients, External service providers, Vendors, Banks – banking systems

What are we looking for?

· A bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Accounting, Finance or Economics (or equivalent experience may be considered)

· Relevant work experience, preferably in a similar position at a global organization

· Relevant Yardi technology experience

· Relevant experience using Yardi in a finance role

· You are a dynamic and flexible person and can perform individual tasks independently, but are also able to work in an international team and environment
