DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Summary of Position: Manage customer inquiries and complaints and provide excellent customer service to all customers. Assist with order management, modifications, and escalating customer complaints across a number of communication channels.

Essential Functions: Fundamental and critical tasks, duties, and responsibilities necessary for position to be performed effectively. * Communicate with customers via email and phone. * Order Management regarding missing and declined Credit Cards * Making sure Customer Cards are updated with accurate information * Order entry for Sales no charges. * Trade Show order entry and management * Retail Subscription order management * Allocate and manage backorders. * Acknowledging and resolving customer issues * Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. * Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a prompt and satisfactory resolution. * Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dionis Goat Milk Skincare products, ingredients, and benefits to assist customers effectively. * Incoming Calls and voicemails

Qualifications Education Required: High School Diploma/GED  Preferred: Bachelor's Degree  Computer Skills Required: Comfortable using a computer &Excel, and Great Plains a plus.

Other qualifications: * 1-2 years of account management experience where you have done most, or all of the above responsibilities outlined. * Ability to prioritize yourself and stay organized and timely with your daily duties. * Comfortable using computers, MS Office applications and learning new software easily. Knowledge of Great Plains a plus
