We're searching for an enthusiastic Senior Program Manager to play a key role in our information technology (IT) consulting projects.

ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Manager to lead DCSA Financial Management Transformation team.

DCSA seeks to modernize and optimize internal FM processes, provide transparency and reporting capability to enable and inform decision making both internally and externally. This financial management transformation effort must build on previous foundational transformation activities conducted to date, including establishing a cash management and cost allocation policies and updating DCSA’s FM governance process, and the development of a new acquisition business management tool. Near term priorities include stabilizing financial operation; scaling and aligning General Fund (GF) and Working Capital Fund (WCF) models to deliver on mission requirements; working strategically with headquarters and mission delivery entities to create product catalogues, and price strategies for new services; creating and effectively executing the budget; managing cost, and enabling the implementation of an end-to-end IT solution supporting FM operations and ancillary organizational workflow and reporting for GF and WCF.

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provides advanced support for program/project management, including:

  • Maintaining complex project timelines

  • Tracking deliverables

  • Gathering data and updating project/program financial status reports

  • Update of project management models and forecasts

  • Coordinating project/program management meetings, and

  • Preparation of briefings and presentations

  • Gathers pre-implementation and post-implementation facts (from the customer) to contribute to the documentation of the ROI and other Business Case components for the Past Performance write-up

  • Documents Past Performance write-ups

  • Identifies opportunities for organic growth

  • Supporting requirement identification sessions with the customer

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant Project Management experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering relevant experience acceptable in lieu of preferred degree)

  • Experience with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, etc.)

  • Experience preparing and presenting project status and health updates to customers and corporate leadership

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certified

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting DoD or other federal agencies

  • Experience working in an Agile team

  • Experience supporting projects focused in providing solutions in counter-intelligence, financial management, knowledge of general and working capital funds, and/or IT modernization and optimization

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • US citizenship with the ability to obtain up to a secret level clearance.

The projected compensation range for this position is $143,600-$239,300. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
