Bentley Systems License Compliance Specialist in Spain

License Compliance Specialist

Location: EMEA, Hybrid or home based

Position Summary:

We are looking for License Compliance Sales Specialists to join the Bentley Systems License Compliance Program. The program mandate is to convert piracy and non-compliant usage into revenue.

The two main elements of the program are 1) Lead Generation and Qualification; and 2) Enforcement.

The role will include qualifying leads and engaging in sales/enforcement discussions and communications with software pirates, both directly and through external enforcement counsel.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Generating, tracking, and qualifying leads from various sources

  • Helping create and working from sales scripts tailored to the statutory copyright and enforcement regimes in different countries.

Participate in:

  • Communication campaigns

  • Managing enforcement providers and counsel (including PoA processes)

  • Coordination with Legal, FinOps, and Account Advancement

  • Delivering revenue

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Professional fluency in both Arabic and English is required.

  • 2-4 yearsAnti-piracy experience, either legal or sales experience

  • Familiarity with running a territory and forecasting revenue.

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • 10% availability to travel
