-Industrialization Engineer

The Industrialization Engineer is responsible for overseeing the production of new products/processes and ensuring high quality standards are met. This position requires a technical and operational understanding of industrial processes and the ability to coordinate across production-related functions. The Industrialization Engineer will also need to have excellent problem solving skills and be able to develop creative solutions. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills in order to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop industrial automation systems, production processes, and workflows.

  2. Analyze existing production processes and develop strategies for process improvement and optimization.

  3. Develop and implement operational strategies to meet customer requirements.

  4. Coordinate with other engineers and technicians to ensure proper installation and maintenance of industrial automation systems.

  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to industrial automation systems.

  6. Monitor and analyze production data to identify and address areas of improvement.

  7. Develop and maintain detailed industrial automation system documentation.

  8. Create and update preventive maintenance schedules for industrial automation systems.

  9. Evaluate the effectiveness of industrial automation systems and suggest changes as needed.

  10. Monitor and record safety hazards and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  1. 10+ years of work experience

  2. Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering

  3. Thorough knowledge of industrial process engineering and design

  4. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles

  5. Ability to plan, manage and oversee projects from start to finish
