Job Summary:

The Engineering Finance Team is looking for a highly motivated Analyst to support the Raytheon IRAD Team’s Multi-Million dollar portfolio. This role will consist of supporting most aspects of financial analysis and control including Accounting activities, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and reviews including project LRE updates on the Engineering IRAD Multi-million dollar portfolio. Other responsibilities will include supporting managing projects using APEX EVMS and EV Lite. The successful candidate will support the IRAD Manager, Project Leads, when needed throughout the execution process. This role is a P1 Analyst FP&A Specialist and will report to the IRAD Finance Manager.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

• Support the IRAD Manager, Project Leads, and Mission Area FP&A leads by providing all aspects of reporting and analysis.

• Support of most aspects of program financial support including earned value, risk and opportunity assessment, LRE/EAC creation and material reporting.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or closely related

• 12 months or less of related professional work experience (excluding internships)

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements."

Qualifications We Value:

Location:

• Hybrid role - Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader. This role anticipates 1 day a week onsite but could change according to business needs.

The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
