What you’ll do:

  • New product industrialization include process design, development and validation to ensure high quality, efficiency manufacturing.

  • Manufacturing roadmap development and excution to support business growth.

  • Existing process,layout continuous improvement for better safety, quality and efficiency with lean manufacturing tools.

  • Key manufacuring process (welding, stamping...) knowledge and capability enhancement and retention to support high quality performance.

  • I4.0 and digital tools deployment through full VSM to support plant performance improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree major of Electrical/Automation/Mechanical in university

  • More than 5 years experience of manufactring

  • Industrialization, NPI, I4.0, lean manufacturing experience and knowledge

  • Good team working spirit, English speak and write skill
