Factory Maintenance 1st shift **$22/hour  Z341

Our manufacturing plant is seeking a highly skilled Factory Maintenance Technician to perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs on production equipment and facilities. This hands-on role requires a diverse skillset and can-do attitude.

Factory Maintenance Duties: - Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical equipment up to 480V  - Perform electrical wiring, PLC diagnostics and control panel maintenance - Conduct welding/fabrication of parts and components  - Provide mechanical repairs on machinery, hydraulic and pneumatic systems - Handle general building maintenance - plumbing, HVAC, carpentry   - Assist with any needs that arise in the plant, flexible "go-to" mindset - Ensure efficient, quality repairs to minimize equipment downtime

Requirements: - 5+ years factory/industrial maintenance experience  - Strong electrical knowledge - high voltage, wiring, controls, troubleshooting - Experience with mechanical systems, hydraulics and pneumatics - Welding certification preferred  - Understanding of HVAC, plumbing and basic construction  - Ability to read schematics/drawings and utilize testing equipment - Must be safety-focused and detail-oriented - Team player with great problem-solving abilities
