Logistics Coordinator – Scoresby

Part Time – 3 days a week

We are looking for an administration driven Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Scoresby, VIC. This role is a Permanent Part time role, 3 days a week. Days are open to discussion.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

-Coordinating between insurance companies and freight companies, and local clients, regarding damaged freight and raising claims

-Responsible for processing of international and local invoices, and purchase orders into the Indirect Purchasing system

-Follow up on overdue & outstanding invoices with accounts payable

-Follow up on any missing documents with the freight forwarders

-Preparing documents for exports and inter-departmental transfers

-Maintenance of the container schedule to confirm that all outstanding containers have been received

-Responsible for entering shipment information into Movex

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

-Experience in the Logistics area will be highly regarded

-Intermediate experience with Excel, spreadsheets, basic formulas, and V look ups (Training will be provided)

-High attention to detail and accuracy

-Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner

-Ability to prioritise tasks

-Work well in a fast-paced environment

-Comfortable working in a team environment but also working autonomously

-Permanent Part time role – 3 days a week/22.8hrs a week – This is negotiable on offer
