What your responsibilities will be

  • Issue and review Global Quality Policies and ensure its implementation in all the sites within Biopharma Business Unit

  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management practices to drive innovation and improvement

  • Foster harmonization of Quality Systems across Biopharma sites

  • Coordinate the implementation of electronic Quality Management Systems

  • Coordinate global Quality projects and initiatives

  • Coordinate global Quality working groups comprised by different key users of the sites of Biopharma

  • Perform oversight of Quality Systems and escalate risks detected to Senior Management

  • Evaluate new applicable regulations and ensure its timely implementation

  • Continuous support to the Quality areas of Biopharma

Who you are

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or ability required.   • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences or a related field

  • 5-10 years of experience managing quality systems is required

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in project management

  • Ability to facilitate change

  • Develops collaborative working relationships

  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to Biological products

  • International experience

  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed

  • Ambitious, results-oriented, business-minded person
