In Grifols’s Bio Supplies division, there is a need for the incorporation of a Bio Supplies Business Unit Support Specialist to perform administrative support, including order management, travel coordination, and presentation preparation to ensure the efficiency and productivity of our company's business unit.

What your responsibilities will be

  • You will provide support in preparing presentations on strategic projects following the instructions of the Business Unit’s presidency, using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint to design and format high-quality presentations. This includes collaborating with the team to gather necessary data and materials.

  • You will assist in organizing travel arrangements for divisional staff, including flight bookings, accommodations, and transportation. Additionally, you will manage employees' travel expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • You will schedule and coordinate the Business Unit’s global meetings, ensuring all logistical aspects are properly arranged.

  • You will handle confidential information within the department, always maintaining discretion and professionalism.

  • You will manage reporting and control for Business Unit hiring positions.

  • You will coordinate the schedule of the Head of the Business Unit, ensuring efficient time management.

  • You will oversee the process for office supplies orders, ensuring that necessary supplies are procured in a timely manner.

  • You will provide support for the SAP migration project, including tasks related to uploading specific information as required, and assisting with any other administrative duties as needed.

Who you are

  • You have a degree in Administration, Business or related.

  • You have significant experience performing similar tasks.

  • You are fluent in Spanish and English.

  • Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and email management system.

  • Knowledge in SAP will be a plus.

  • Excellent organizational skills and good attention to detail.

  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and a strong service ethic.
