University of Utah Computer Service Associate in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
The Campus Store is seeking a part-time Computer Service Associate. In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers with computer hardware, software, and network-related issues. Your primary duties will include diagnosing and troubleshooting problems, performing repairs and upgrades, and assisting customers with software installations and configurations. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of service requests and ensure that all customer inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally.The University of Utah is the states public flagship institution and a top-tier research university.
