Adecco is partnered with one of our clients, a national leader in their industry, to recruit a skilled Sales Manager to develop business and serve their customers throughout the Western United States region.

Base salary in the $100k range + Great benefits! Medical, dental and vision insurance options as well as 401K and paid-time-off!

This is a full-time position that requires up to 50% travel and will be remote the rest of the time. We are seeking qualified candidates preferably who live in the Western United States.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Foster partnerships by developing key relationships with brand associates to advance your objectives.

  • Implement new target initiatives through thorough research, planning, and execution.

  • Identify and capitalize on specification opportunities, creating specs and crafting proposals.

  • Engage with A&D firms, owners, procurement companies, and other decision makers to expand your network.

  • Lead key account planning sessions and ensure alignment with top stakeholders and decision makers.

  • Communicate channel marketing and product development needs, including new product opportunities and brand awareness campaigns.

  • Take ownership of your pipeline, conversion rates, and results, ensuring accountability for outcomes.

  • Cultivate early adoption of new products by leveraging relationships with thought leaders in relevant market segments.

Qualifications:

  • Four (4) year college or university degree in technical or business field or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Background in interior sales based in the real estate or hospitality sectors strongly preferred.

  • Must be energetic, highly motivated, and have the ability to function in a high-pace environment with varying schedules (travel, priority, time, etc.), team oriented.

  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence required.

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customer, groups of managers, associates, clients, and the general public required.

Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
