Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Crafton, PA

Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Salary: $16-$18/hour (Depending on Experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Crafton. If you have a passion for providing exceptional service and enjoy a dynamic work environment, this position is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with professionalism, respect, and product knowledge at the point of sale.
  • Collect and maintain customer information using company-provided systems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including showroom displays and warehouse areas.
  • Process customer orders and quotes accurately via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Handle invoices, including billing and payment transactions.
  • Assist with warehouse tasks such as receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and preparing orders for delivery.
  • Operate equipment such as scanners and forklifts when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status and product availability.
  • Provide backup support for driving and managerial duties as needed.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift (training provided if necessary).
  • Proficiency in computer programs including EPIC, HVAC Partners, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to adhering to safety, health, and environmental standards.
