Greet customers and get drink orders. Make drinks and return them to customers and refill drinks at the halfway mark. Make sure sanitary water is hot and the proper amount of sanitation in water. Clean and pre-bus the tables. Clean restrooms. Run plates. Restock (glasses, lemons, ice, drinks, syrup cups, plates, to go boxes, etc.). Clean any spills immediately. Wipe counters. Make sure every table has condiments are straightened. Notify server if there are any problems with tables or orders. Support servers and expo in any way possible. Keep front house organized. Help servers and expo with their opening tasks. Make sure all tables, chairs, and booths are clean. Refill all condiments and put them back on all tables. Straighten them. Make sure to go condiments are stocked and ready (ranch, salsa, hot sauce, etc.). Cut lemons. Clean ice dispenser. Clean soda machine (including nozzles). Refill ice dispenser. Organize and clean shelves. Restock server stations. Empty all trash cans and replace with trash bags. Clean serving trays. Clean mats. Sweep and mop behind the counter. Clean drains. Before leaving double-check area and walkthrough with a manager.
