Position Specific Description
Job Overview
This leader is responsible for the overall performance of theCost and Growth team and is an integral part in supporting the new investment decision-making process on power generation technologies.
Responsibilities include operations and maintenance (O&M) models, regulatory requirements, negotiating power purchase agreements and strategy.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Lead a team to build operations and maintenance forecasts models for all projects (all technologies) and mergers and acquisitions in support of key corporate targets
Possess a thorough understanding of power purchase agreement terms and power markets with a demonstrated ability to identify and seek mitigations for technical and operational risk to projects
Lead the O&M services team by ensuring compliance and regulatory reporting with all third-party contracts
Manage and update the renewable governance and benchmarking processes as assigned
Train and develop team members to ensure they understand key risk and market dynamics

Job Overview
This position is responsible for managing the budgeting, workload planning, forecasting, and performance reporting functions for a business unit. Employees in this role support the business unit by providing cost and performance analysis.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Analyzes and reports financial and operating results
Manages the development of year-end Operations and Maintenance, Capital, and manpower forecasts
Works with management to ensure congruency between corporate, business unit and departmental performance measures
Oversees the business unit’s internal controls processes
Manages the development, tracking and reporting of performance indicators for the business unit
Works with management to ensure that tracking systems provide accurate, timely, and relevant performance information
Performs financial analysis on proposed projects and initiatives
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 10+ years
Supervisor/Management Experience: 4+ years
