NBC Universal Catering Facilities Attendant (CDL Required) in Orlando, Florida

JOB SUMMARY:

Supports the Catering Captains and Catering Managers in the acquisition and maintenance of equipment, product and inventory needed to support each function.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Completes assigned pull sheets in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Transports, distributes, and collects all necessary equipment and food and beverage to event locations via company vehicle before, during and after events. Responds to requests from FOH Catering team for needs during events.

  • Return, clean and store equipment post event via company vehicle.

  • Maintain cleanliness of catering areas.

  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION:

High School degree or GED is preferred

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Current on UO Forklift Certification. Must have a valid Florida Class B driver’s license.

EXPERIENCE:

6+ months catering experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
