As Key Stack-holder to tracking and work close on the industry trends. Define the VR and LLM road map and Guide Ford China’s VR and LLM products’ application and launch both technical and user experience in advance and competitive. Collaborating with Artificial Intelligence to collect and analysis customer wants and pain points during vehicle usages to feedback new generation platform/feature development.
Innovative thinking: Being able to come up with new Voice Recognition/LLM solutions and innovative ideas in the face of complex problems and challenges is how technical solution continues to improve its technology/Experience level.
Leading internal and external team to develop next generation Vehicle Voice Recognition and large language module system . Investigate and define the VR&LLM feature roadmap , define recognition KPI improvements, with LLM algorithm and data train skill, conduct performance as well as user interaction improvements which enhances the customer convince.
With development experience on VR system architecture, be able to define front end noise cancellation/ ASR/NLU and cloud skill requirement, Work with internal and external teams on Voice feature requirements build into infotainment system, including microphone and audio processing system, IVI software architecture.
Designing and implementing voice recognition systems and applications. Conducting research and development to improve voice recognition accuracy and performance.
Collaborating with software developers, engineers, and designers to integrate voice recognition technology into products and services.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to voice recognition systems.
Providing technical support and training to internal teams and clients

Consolidate programming skills on MATLAB Simulink/Python/C++ With good understanding of VR technical stacks ASR, NLU, Audio signal process as well as validation tool chains.
Familiarity with speech recognition algorithms and machine learning techniques as well as Artificial Intelligence.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Signal Process, embedded software.
Min 5 year experience in VR system design, software development or data analysis.
