HOW AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IV WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Working in a discreet environment handling sensitive and personal information daily
Completing transactional duties with special attention to detail, being organized, and multi-tasking
Interacting with our ongoing POC customers, team members/Leads, and employees via phone, Skype or email
Handling and receiving incoming and outgoing correspondence
As an Administrative Assistant IV, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
The Administrative Assistant IV (AA) will regularly interact with senior staff and senior managers around the mission center and in other components
This position will serve as part of a team of 5 support staff supporting 19 Mission Center Front Office Seniors
However, this position, along with one other contractor, will provide principal support to 7 Front Office Seniors, while providing backup support to the other support team members
Daily tasks include Front Office calendar support, meeting room scheduling and overall senior preparedness
The work is both transactional and dynamic, requiring strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to track action items and taskings that have competing priorities and deadlines
The work requires strong oral and written communications skills. The work product is a reflection of the ExDir's staff; office communications must not contain misspellings and grammatical errors. Extreme discretion is required
The resource will by privy to a good amount of sensitive information. Extreme adherence to the need-to-know principle is required
Due to the nature of the work, the ExDir staff cannot support maxiflex schedules
The resource will not be required to be standing for long periods of time, unless using a standing desk
Key systems include but are not limited to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Skype, and Sponsor-specific systems, such as the Sponsor Access Request System, Sponsor Travel System, Sponsor Directorate communication databases
Sponsor will provide OJT on specific mission systems
The resomce shall be proficient upon arrival in Microsoft Office and Skype
The AA will not supervise or train others
Candidate will be managing calendars of multiple seniors and must have the ability to reschedule existing meetings to meet shifting mission priorities
The resource will have increasing autonomy to manage calendar based on demonstrated organizational skills and sound judgment
The AA will be responsible for processing access requests for new ExDir/Front Office staff
Submit requests to remove access when staff departs
Maintain office rosters, phone trees, and contact cards
No lifting or moving is required
No requirement to serve as vault custodian
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
The position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
HS Diploma and 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
The AA shall be available during core office hours between 0900 and 1500, Monday through Friday; the resource may arrive earlier or stay later, as long as support is provided during the core office hours
Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Able to perform duties with minimal supervision and some team interaction
This position is on customer site

The likely salary range for this position is $101,566 - $123,625. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
