Le site de Pont de Claix regroupe le siège mondial de l’unité Pharmaceutical Systems, une unité de production parmi les 6 sites de production mondiaux (France, UK, Singapour, Japon, US, Mexique) et le marché Français pour les autres unités du groupe BD.

MISSIONS

Au sein de l'usine de BD, vous serez dans l'équipe RH.

En lien avec les HR Business Partners, vous serez amené.e à :

  • Participer aux projets d'innovation sociale et d'amélioration continue

  • Accueillir, informer, les salariés et les managers

  • Participer à la gestion des temps et des absences

  • Participer à la tenue des dossiers administratifs et mettre à jour nos SIRH

  • Accompagner les embauches, départs, mouvements internes.

Les taches peuvent évoluer en fonction du profil.

PROFIL

Formation : étudiant.e en Master RH (idéalement contrat de 2 ans)

Aptitudes :

  • Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (B2)

  • Bonne organisation

  • Minutie

  • Aisance orale et écrite, bon relationnel

  • Bonne gestion des outils bureautiques

  • Autonomie
