14.00-14.50 per hour | Laredo, TX, USA | Hourly | Full Time

Disabled Veteran Solutions is seeking experienced Inbound Customer Service Representatives to support government-based contracts in security, health and human services, and state benefits.

At DVS, we pride ourselves in our excellent communication skills and are motivated to provide exceptional customer service. With this position, representatives will provide customer service and work to resolve customer inquiries.

You will utilize your skills with every contact to achieve the following:

• Responds to inbound call inquiries.

• Assist callers navigating/troubleshooting equipment and open escalated technical support tickets when necessary.

• Assist callers with scheduling appointment times at selected locations.

• Open escalated technical support tickets when necessary.

• Responsible for creating and maintaining excellent documentation of all calls, questions, complaints, etc

• Initiates outbound calls to respond to inquiries and to follow-up with previous contacts.

• Responds to all inquiries in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Ability to work remotely, including reliable, high-speed Internet; the ability to troubleshoot common computer issues; and a private, dedicated workspace is required.

• Must have a computer (laptop or desktop, Mac and Chromebooks are not compatible with platform), monitors, and a USB-wired headset.

• Minimum of High School diploma required: additional education preferred.

• Must be able to successfully pass criminal background check.

• Clear and concise verbal communication skills

• Ability to build rapport with callers.

• Must be available between the hours of 9am - 9pm EST, Monday-Friday.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
