The Digital Industries Factory Automation Solutions team of Siemens Ltd. implements complete automation projects in the field of automotive and industrial logistics. We are looking for a new site manager for the following tasks.

With our comprehensive offering of powerful industrial software and thoroughly integrated automation technologies, we support manufacturing enterprises with Digital Industries to increase the flexibility and efficiency of their manufacturing processes and reduce the time to market of new products – whether in the automotive industry, automotive first tier supplier, industry logistic, machine construction, or in other industries. Where the future of industry is being built - especially with regard to Industry 4.0 - there is no getting around us.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Technical coordination of employees and contractors assigned to the construction site, in alignment with the Project Manager

  • Independent organization of all tasks related to the construction site in alignment with the project management, in particular infrastructure, deadlines, deliveries, change constructions, etc.

  • Control of task distribution within the team

  • Assumption of the function of site safety officer and thus responsibility on the construction site

  • Ensuring efficient communication with the client, taking charge of operational issues and reporting to the project manager

  • Informing all employees on site about the agreed EHS processes and ensuring compliance with these processes

  • Compliance with the budget requirements in alignment with the Project Manager

Your defining qualities:

  • Engineering degree in a technical field or successfully completed education as a technician

  • Professional experience as a site manager, preferably in the automotive industry is an advantage

  • Knowledge of electrics and basic knowledge of Siemens automation technology

  • Leadership skills and ability to work in a team

  • Confidence in using MS Office

  • Essential language skills: native Hungarian, good English and/or German knowledge
