We are seeking a Digital Operations Coordinator to join our team! Working out of the Bally Sports Digital Operations Center (DOC), Digital Operations Coordinators are responsible for monitoring live sports streams across a suite of digital products and Regional Sports Networks, providing quality control and issue identification and escalation to our internal and third-party support teams.

What you will do:

  • Provide multi-regional live event monitoring and quality control for Bally Sports digital products across a variety of platforms including web, mobile web, iOS, Android, and connected television devices.

  • Promptly communicate all live streaming issues to necessary support and engineering teams, aiding in incident reproduction and collection of details.

  • Actively monitor the streaming health of Bally Sports live events and device streaming performance.

  • Complete pre-event checklists and app/website reviews to proactively identify issues across all platforms.

  • Complete daily content operation processes for image replacement and postgame highlight creation.

  • Identify product and/or design flaws and collaborate with the Product Development team to document and escalate all digital product issues as it relates to the consumer experience.

  • Verify consistent collection of digital data ahead of product releases and updates, testing, documenting, and escalating any product issues.

What to bring :

  • 4-year college degree/equivalent experience.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Excellent organization skills.

  • Availability to work nights and weekends with flexibility around live game schedules.

  • Background in broadcast media or digital streaming preferred but not required
