Job Description

  1. 製品品質に関して製造での問題を見つけ先進的でコスト効果が高い方法で改善する

  2. 既存の設備に対して製造性や品質の問題を見つけ解決する為に製造のリーダーシップとともにプロセス、冶具・装置、製品のデザインを提案、実施する。またお客様の要求する必要な製造キャパシティを持てるように進める。

  3. Lean Six Sigmaを推進することで、お客様への公約がタイムリーに品質とコストが最適化した方法で満たされているのを確認し、生産性のモニタと改善を行う

  4. 新製品開発や新技術開発に早いタイミングで参画し、製造性と品質改善の観点から製造プロセス、製造装置、治具の設計・構築・導入をおこなう

  5. 製造プロセスロードマップをサポートをするために既存の製造プロセスと最新の製造・生産技術をよく理解して提案する

  6. Advanced Manufacturing Engineeringのイニシアチブで広いビジネスインパクトをサイトを横断して与えるように実施とサポートを行い、グローバルのサプライチェーン全体でベストプラクティスを共有する

  7. プロジェクトリーダーとしてクロスファンクショナル、グローバルのチームの中でプロジェクトを製造の代表として参画し、製造内ではリーダーとしてアクティビティを進める

  8. 法規制にQualificationとValidationを通して適合し、継続的な品質管理システムの簡素化をクロスファンクショナルチームーオペレーションと品質保証部とで進める

工学系の学士、もしくは修士以上

設備の立ち上げ経験

プロジェクトマネジメント経験

ビジネスレベルの英語力と日本語力
