Projektmanager im Bereich Facility Management (w/m/d) in Heidelberg, als Elternzeitvertretung befristet für ca. 1,5 Jahre

Aufgaben:

  • Planung, Beauftragungen und Überwachung von Modernisierungsmaßnahmen / Instandsetzung an technischen Anlagen sowie allgemeine Instandhaltung

  • Meilensteine definieren und Projektpläne erstellen, sowie die Überwachung des Projektablaufes

  • Mögliche Zulieferer/Firmen auswählen, Angebote einholen und prüfen

  • Technische Abstimmung mit den Einkaufsabteilungen und Mitwirkung bei den Vergabeverhandlungen

  • Einhaltung wirtschaftlicher Ziele unter Berücksichtigung technischer und gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie des Arbeitsschutzes

  • Budgetplanung und Budgetüberwachung

  • Planung und Steuerung von regelmäßigen Wartungsarbeiten

  • Instandhaltungsmanagement Elektro-/Lüftungs-/Klima-/GLT-/Sanitärtechnik

  • Entwicklung von Konzepten zur energetischen Optimierung (Energie- und Umweltmanagement)

  • Baubegleitendes Facility –Management

Profil:

  • Ausbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker oder vergleichbar im Bereich Facility Management / Elektrotechnik

  • Technische Berufserfahrung von 3 – 5 Jahren

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Projekt- und Budgetplanung von Vorteil

  • Kenntnisse im Facility Management sowie ganzheitliches, vernetztes Denken

  • Bautechnisches und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis

  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office)

  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick

  • Selbstständiges, lösungsorientiertes und flexibles Arbeiten

  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
