Job Description:

As a Technical Staff member, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Expertise in mammalian cell culture, protein expression (mammalian cells and insect cells), protein purification and analysis, as well as recombinant DNA experiments.

  • Taking charge of our protein expression service and plasmid purification service, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

  • Crafting innovative experiments that push the boundaries of scientific discovery.

  • Preparing comprehensive result reports, delivering valuable insights to our esteemed customers.

  • Building strong and collaborative teams to improve efficiency and develop a positive work environment.

  • Leading process improvement activities to optimize efficiency and streamline operations.

Crucial Experience:

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • In-depth understanding of protein expression and purification experiments, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize protocols.

  • Proficiency in analyzing and discussing experiment results, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a similar technical role, demonstrating a strong foundation in the field.

  • Proven knowledge of handling chemicals and conducting recombination experiments, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for effective documentation and communication.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage in seamless inter-team teamwork and provide exceptional customer interactions.
