Your Responsibilities

Embark on a thrilling journey in the IT world. As a Working Student, you will ensure the maintenance of the technological infrastructure of our company. You will provide essential support ensuring that technology related concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Through your hand-on approach, you will significantly contribute to the smooth operation of the organisation’s IT environment.

  • Providing support for employees and specialist departments at 1st level

  • Ensuring support requests are followed up and documented

  • Preparing and configuring equipment for the local users, and provide necessary guidance

  • Following up the support process within the ticket system

Your Profile

  • You are currently enrolled for a bachelor's or master's degree program in technology, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent studies

  • Ideally, you have gained first working experience in the IT sector

  • You possess basic to intermediate knowledge in one of the following fields: desktop workstations, computer networking and security, cloud services, MS Office / MS365 applications, video conference and VoIP systems

  • You are open-minded and have a willingness to learn new and business applied technologies and take initiatives to find solutions to the problems

  • You are service-oriented, enjoy working in a team and have good interpersonal as well as analytical skills

  • You have very good English skills! (English is our company language)
