Responsibilities
Assists testers/ BAs in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets and queries to assist in decision-making
Experience with big data platform and building data-driven applications
Supports the program in the validation of metrics
Advanced Excel expertise required including use of pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting, etc.
Review and understand artifacts related to data ingestion and transformation as it applies to data validation and analysis
Provide quality assurance support using tools like Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and Tableau
Works as part of a project team to determine project requirements, goals, implementation, and schedules
May provide training for internal team members
Knowledge and experience with healthcare IT systems Ensures that tasks adhere to monthly schedule and delivery goals are met
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in supporting the implementation of large, complex, data-centric systems
3 years of experience using data management and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, Qlik, R, Python, SAS Viya, or Power BI
Data acquisition and analysis, health care data cross correlation.
Skilled in performance analysis of SQL queries against large data warehouses.
Ability to prioritize workload for multiple data scientists and business analyst customer.
Basic skills and experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting relational data systems.
Knowledgeable of full lifecycle software and data warehouse analytics development.
Experience working in an Agile or Kanban environment.
Experience analyzing complex situations and delivery and direction to technical staff in times of uncertainty.
Experience working with CMS customers.
SDLC software such as JIRA and Confluence a plus.
Demonstrates ability to communicate with individuals at many different levels from within and from outside of the company.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

Salary Information:
The pay for this position ranges from $72,750 to $129,000.
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
