Amentum HUB Manager - Warfighter TRS in Fort Benning, Georgia

We are pipelining candidates for a future role. Contingent upon Contract Award Location(s) may include: Fort Benning (Fort Moore), Fort Bragg (Fort Liberty), Fort Stewart, Fort Campbell, Fort Drug, Fort Eustis, Fort Riley, Fort Carson, Fort Lewis (JBLM), For Bliss, Fort Hood (Cavasas) or Schofield Barracks.

The Hub Manager will work under the direction of the Program Director and is fully responsible for all tasks assigned under the WTRS Contract referring to supervisor(s) for only those matters impacting projects outside their jurisdiction, requiring higher level intervention, requiring policy formulation, or matters likely to generate significant interest or controversy. Work is reviewed for the attainment of contract requirements, customer satisfaction, and project results.

The Hub Manager is responsible for managing the efficient and effective coordination and execution of the contractual requirements, Quality Control (QC), safety, operations and maintenance. Applies an extensive knowledge of management concepts, principles, methods, practices, and processes related to contract management. The position requires a technical/operational background and experience in various functions; a knowledge and understanding of TADSS procedures and processes; and a strong management background with conflict resolution skills and negotiations. The Hub Manager is required to integrate customer requirements and participation into a comprehensive management plan that is fully coordinated with all functional elements within the company’s responsibilities and setting expectations; control and manage assigned projects, inventory and schedule assuring that the company’s commitments to the customer and quality services are met; and serve as the company's main point of contact for customer and other external agencies on the assigned project.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Hub Manager is responsible for the overall management, control, coordination, and execution of contract compliance. As Hub Manager, implement local decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policy in the performance of the WTRS Contract.

  • Will provide schedule development, technical direction, and coordinate internal and contracted resources.

  • Will provide supervision of all site personnel at both their Hub and all remote assigned sites.

  • Ensures that all safety rules and regulations are followed by all employees and that quality control is an integral part of Amentum’s work performance; shall be engaged with sufficient education, training and experience to perform responsibilities; shall have sufficient management experience that will provide technicians and operators with proper leadership and training to complete all assigned tasks in a proficient manner thus maintaining the level of excellence expected by Amentum. Will have the ability to communicate Subcontractor Scope of Work (SSOW) and Performance Work Statement (PWS) and will serve as the point of contact for work control. The Site Manager will ensure the PWS is being met daily and that the SSOW is completed satisfactorily.

  • Ensures that Site Security is in accordance with the primary contract and/or as defined/instructed by the Contracting Officer. Enforces site safety in accordance with the primary contract and the approved Site Safety and Health Plan (Accident Prevention Plan).

  • Ensures all contract deliverables including reporting requirements are met on time.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ten (10) years' experience in Army Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) management/maintenance operations or combination of senior military experience.

  • Five (5) years of supervisory experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
