Google Principal Engineer, AI, Trust, Security, Site Reliability Engineering in Dublin, Ireland

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience in technical leadership and setting technical direction for engineering projects.

  • Experience in architecting, designing, and developing distributed systems.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience partnering and leading by influence, as well as working with stakeholders and collaborating across organizational boundaries.

  • Experience developing and implementing technical programs in security and/or AI engineering or product/platform design.

  • Leadership experience in the security, reliability, and resilience space. Experience having impact over a large-scale of users.

  • Experience leading and implementing engineering projects at an executive level within multinational and distributed organizations.

  • Understanding of compute, networking, application stacks, and supporting product features, services, and technologies.
