Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Candidates will typically have 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.

  • Experience with the app developer ecosystem.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the App Marketing industry.

  • Understanding of the digital marketing landscape.

  • Understanding of app marketers and app ecosystem.

  • Ability to work well in a team.

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions.

  • Ability to communicate in Russian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

The Mobile App Sales team has global reach. As a Growth Manager, you will engage deeply with sophisticated mobile-first businesses, exceed growth goals, and drive change to accelerate Google’s position in the fast-growing and strategic business of app install.

In this role, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile application developers grow their business using Google products and services. You will take ownership of app install business in your assigned market from setting strategy and driving execution to reach market growth goals. You will work dynamically with both new and existing customers to help grow their business by providing solutions and insights to drive app discovery and engagement.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

  • Manage relationships with existing clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business goals and challenges.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities in your book of business, prioritize accounts, handle objections, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.

  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international marketing goals. Utilize Google’s marketing solutions suite, specifically app advertising.

  • Provide outstanding service to clients and design app marketing solutions for clients to drive long-term success.

  • Contribute to the development of Google’s comprehensive suite of app install advertisement products. Work and collaborate with a diverse set of mobile-focused cross-functional teams.
