Are you a recent Electrical/Electronic Engineering graduate from university with a bachelor's degree? Do you want to start your journey with a global company that makes real what matters? Then join us as a “Junior Engineer” to kick-start your career.

Our Training Program is a 6-month-long journey, consisting of various product and technical training. You’ll be supported by a structured learning program and by the end of the 6 months you will be able to connect the theory with practice. By the end of the training program, you will prepare and present your own project pertaining to local industry.

We expect that our talented trainees will be well prepared to be successful in securing one of our substantive positions.

You will learn about different products of industry automation, motors and drive technologies.

You will get classroom and on-site training to develop competencies and connect the theory with practice.
