The Headlines:
In the role of Hot Shot Driver working in Denver, CO you will be part of the Operations Team. This person will safely and efficiently deliver refreshing and delicious cases and kegs of our beer to retail accounts from a non-CDL commercial truck. You will be an integral part of our operation acting as a liaison between our retailers and our customers; working as a Hot Shot Driver for CDC you are one of the final stops in the journey our beer takes to reach our loyal consumers.
This position reports to the Delivery Supervisor and works closely with the delivery team.
The Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for the hotshot delivery of our products to local retailers within our market while safely operating a non-CDL box truck, 6 bay straight truck or small fleet vehicle.
Based on seasonality, may also be responsible for assisting Delivery Drivers: physically unloading and on average moving between 500 and 1,000 30 lbs. cases of product per day with some product weighing up to 165 lbs.
Complete the assigned route in a safe, accurate and efficient manner in varying weather conditions and challenging environments (i.e., stairs, curbs, docks, tight parking lots).
Execute quality of service in accounts including rotation, stocking shelves, building displays, and organizing products.
This position is subject to varying start times and all work must be completed daily, Monday-Friday.
The Other Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Requires a valid Colorado driver’s license.
MVR must fall within the Molson Coors Pre-Employment Background Screening Guidelines
2+ years of previous delivery experience preferred.
Excellent communication, customer service, conflict resolution and listening skills.
Knowledge of Denver-metro area preferred.
