Job Description

La mission principale du monteur sera d'assurer l'assemblage des boîtes de transmissions de puissance suivant les instructions de travail et conformément au process défini, en utilisant tous les moyens préconisés et en respectant les exigences qualité et sécurité.

Missions :

  • Préparer le poste de travail.

  • Identifier les composants à assembler et nettoyer les pièces.

  • Réaliser les opérations de montage (et/ou démontage le cas échéant) conformément à la gamme et aux instructions de travail.

  • Garantir la conformité des opérations, saisir et enregistrer les informations relatives à ces activités sur les documents (informatique ou papier).

  • Assurer le contrôle visuel et dimensionnel ainsi que les opérations de contrôle intégré.

  • Alerter en cas d'anomalies

  • Être garant de sa sécurité et de celle des autres par l'application des règles SSE

  • Maintenir les standard 5S sur son poste de travail.

Job Requirements

Etudiant en formation en alternance type Bac professionnel mécanique aéronautique, monteur ou ajusteur.
