You will report to the Customer Care - Sales Manager.

You will be responsible for sales to legacy customers within the West Region of the US.

On a given day, you may:

Strengthen the relationship between JBT FoodTech and its customers by proposing solutions to customer issues using our customer care organization and resources.

Increase sales of parts, providing pricing, availability, and service kit and upgrade project offerings.

Provide direction on parts promotion and sales volume improvement.

Use sales enablement tools (share of wallet calculator, Salesforce funnel management and activity tracking) to maintain JBT sales within the territory and report out results.

Be the go-to resource for any problems arising from the sale of JBT parts

Nurture and maintain positive working relationships with important customers.
