ABOUT THIS ROLE

Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for a Global CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Manager. As a Global CRO Manager, you will be working within Audible’s Global CRO team, with a focus on website optimization of our 11 global websites. You will be responsible to convert interested visitors into happy listeners by optimizing the user journey for millions of users interested in audiobooks across the globe. Your work to improve the conversion funnel performance is crucial for our ability to grow the business and make it easier for these users to enjoy moments of inspiration through outstanding stories.

This position is a 24 month contract.

As a Manager, Global CRO, you will...

  • Conceptualize and set up A/B tests within the global CRO roadmap for different steps in the user journey on our websites

  • Ideate A/B test hypothesis in line with strategic goals to drive the testing roadmap

  • Evaluate and document test performances and recommend follow-up measures

  • Support with CRO workflows and processes, driving standardization within CMS, maintenance of Jira tickets, conducting regular competitor analysis & supporting team with translations requests

  • Work closely with design team & external agencies to submit briefs for CRO related activities. Also support content team to ensure visibility of key titles across the homepage and landing pages

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in the online marketing or product management field with experience in executing and evaluating tests to optimize the online conversion funnel performance

  • Proven experience in User Experience (UX), usability and design

  • 1+ years’ experience with A/B testing tools (e.g. Adobe Target or Optimizely), Content Management Systems (CMS) and web analytics tool (e.g. Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics)

  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good communication skills towards different stakeholders such as global counterparts, marketing teams, product and design.

  • Experience working in a tech company

  • Basic understanding of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JS

  • Fluency in any of the following: Japanese, Portuguese, or any European language
