Primary Function:

The Truck Driver primary function is to assist Restoration Forest Products (RFOR) Forestry Division in hauling loads produced by timber harvesting, log production, and biomass processing. Operating all equipment, semi-trucks, and other RFOR property with a focus on safety and production.

Responsibilities:

  • Use critical judgement and decision-making to work safely.
  • Hauling semi-truck loads produced by the Forestry division to assigned locations. To included but not limited to: timber harvest, logs, chips, sawdust, bark, and other biomass.
  • Understand and operate company vehicles and equipment in a safe manner and in compliance with DOT laws and regulations.
  • Report any safety issues and/or damaged/broken equipment immediately to Supervisor.
  • Comply with all RFOR environmental expectations of hazardous materials/waste.
  • Other duties as assigned.
