For our Distributor Business team, we are looking for a Distributor Business Manager to help us drive distributor business within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

You'll make an impact by

  • Distributor Business transparency analysis; Monitor channel business monthly / quarterly performance and improve channel productivity as well as efficiency;

  • Joint define channel policy, and promote channel partner development;

  • Driven and responsible for development of distributor own business and coordinate with sales force to implement the strategy and achieve business target and sustainable growth in Distributor business;

  • Marketing promotion/activities and partnership Siemens internal and external;

  • Improve channel synergy with Siemens internal BUs.

Your defining qualities

  • 5 years working experience on managing channel business;

  • Strong logic thinking and systemic analysis competence;

  • Ambitious and aggressive to develop long term business, be able to coordinate on multiple interests and make fair decisions;

  • Commercial Knowledge;

  • Sales & Negotiation skills;

  • Strong Presentation & Communication Skills;

  • MS Office Skills;

  • Project Management;

  • Customer Relationship management and Partnership Management experience;

  • Excellent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing;

  • Bachelor or above education degree.
