You’ll make a difference by:

Responsibilities: Manage a region’s (or countries, depending on size) Hire to Retire Operations in the Delivery Center

Client relationship

· Relationship management with the Head – HR for the countries supported.

· Governance and Reporting

· Current operations overview

· Managing future roadmap

· Single point of ownership for operational delivery of the region/countries

Process Management

· Driving the team to ensure robust process documentation and knowledge management practices.

· Robust KPI framework

· Robust quality framework

People Management

· Org structure design

· Competency management and development of workforce

· Workforce management including recruiting, retaining, performance management, and engagement.

· Drive process improvement and digitalization

· Identify and implement automation.

· Develop the right competencies in the workforce to manage cloud solutions.

· Ensure that the team understands and supports technology solutions such as CARL, EPA, etc.

Short-term goals

  • Stabilize operations and deliver high-quality standards.

  • Establish/enhance quality framework. Continually measure, track and improve quality metricsacross processes.

  • Establish robust KPI framework; work with the customer organizations to socialize KPI metrics andensure that the KPIs relate to customer expectations of service; monitor escalations and integratelearning from those into KPIs; continually measure, track, and improve KPIs.

  • Drive productivity and saving targets; establish transaction-based pricing and ensure costs areproportional to BVIs; continually drive measures to reduce cost per transactions; build processessuch that transactional costs are non-linear and result in productivity gains with increasingvolumes.

Long-term goals

· Ensure superior strategies for HR Operations, implement new age technologies such as RPA, AI, etc.

· Focus on enhancing end user experience across services; diligently measure, track and improve user satisfaction index.

· Focus on delivering value for business and HR; continually measure, track and improve customer satisfaction.

Your success is grounded in:

· 10+yrs of Experience.

· Should be able to multi-task, managing the given task.

· Strong analytical and conceptual skills

· Demonstrated effectiveness in working with customers.
