Dignity Health Medical Group – Bakersfield (dhmf.org/bakersfield) is seeking an Endocrinologist in Bakersfield, CA for our physician led, patient centered practice.

Responsibilities

Practice Highlights

  • Established Referral sources from Group's Primary Care providers and network providers

  • RN Triage during after hours and weekends

Flexibility and Exceptional Work/Life Balance

Compensation and Benefits

  • Excellent earning potential supported by a salary guarantee period of $250,000/year

The posted compensation range is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

This is also an H1B visa opportunity, requiring candidates who are cap exempt.

Pay Range

$115.00 - $118.00 /hour
