Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!

An opportunity has arisen for UAE National Engineers to join the Siemens Team in Abu Dhabi for the execution of a major Electrical O&G Project. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work within one of the core electrical engineering areas of the Siemens business responsible for the preparation of electrical power distribution project designs for a large O&G project working under the mentorship of the Engineering Manager. The role has visible influence on the project outcomes, entrusted with electrical design works and delivering allocated work packages on time, within budget and with required quality of deliverables.

Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!

  • You will analyze the technical information of the project and process any required technical clarification either internally or externally with the customer.

  • Prepare electrical designs as per the Siemens engineering standards

  • Control and actively influence the execution of the forecasted engineering schedule in terms of design

  • Review and coordinate vendor engineering and accord clarifications, rejections and approvals under the mentorship of the Engineering Manager

  • Process internally and externally design change requests during the execution of the project

  • Keep a constant communication with the Engineering Manager reporting pending issues and the status of handled project design.

  • Attend, with the Engineering Manager and project manager, vendor meetings, customer meetings, factory visits for design reviews, inspections, factory tests and site topics related to engineering.

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!

  • Engineering degree from local or international University or Technical Institute in Electrical, Automation or Electronics subject areas

  • Fresh graduates as well as experience professional are welcome to apply

  • Good communication skills in English language (written and spoken) with the ability to work in a team environment

  • Experience in Medium and Low Voltage Power Distribution Designs are and advantage
